What is Circle of Security Parenting® (COSP®)?

COSP® is a parent-reflective program that focuses on the quality of your relationship with your child—rather than just their behaviours—helping you build a deeper, more secure connection.

Founders of the evidence-based and internationally acclaimed Circle of Security Glen Cooper, Kent Hoffman and Bert Powell have worked together since 1985 and were friends for a decade before that.

The Circle of Security Parenting® (COSP®) program is a widely recognized, evidence-based approach designed to support children’s emotional development by strengthening the parent-child attachment.
